Please arrive to your appointment with your hair washed/clean (free from any oils and products as it may counteract with the products I use and create a white cast in your style) and blow dried/straighten. Not doing so can result in a $30 charge for added wash and dry service or your appointment being rescheduled. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations and/or reschedules need to be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Your deposit will go towards your style fee and will be deducted from final balance.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you may transfer deposit only once. Rescheduling of the same appointment more than once will result in an additional fee.
Any no shows or cancellations past the said time will forfeit their deposit
Please arrive to your appointment on time. More than 15 min late will result in your appointment being canceled
Please arrive to your appointment with your hair washed/clean and blown out. Not doing so will result in a $20+ charge for added wash and dry service.
